Valwics specializes in delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) for business-to-business and business-to-consumer applications across a broad spectrum of industries. This delivery model would enhance SMB Segments to immediately start to use their relevant applications to maximize their productivity. By developing software and providing the infrastructure necessary to support a broad spectrum of users with a single code base, Valwics helps organizations like yours reduce cost substantially & compete more effectively in the marketplace. How long has Valwics been in business? Valwics was started to provide services in HR & payroll in 2005. Today, we are serving services to leading software companies and Software vendors through out world including India, Singapore, USA, Europe, Japan, South Africa. Does the SaaS model require software to be installed on the desktop? No. As with most Software as a Service (SaaS) models, the application resides at the host and is accessed using a web browser or other web service. What types of hand-held devices may be integrated with the software? Depending on the type of application and user interface, most commonly used devices may be integrated. Most functionality will be dependent on the type of screen the device utilizes. How secure is our customers' data? Client data is stored in our data centre which is monitored by 24x7x365 customer support and monitoring by our state-of-the-art network Operations hub. In addition to continuous backups and well-designed data restoration procedures, offsite data storage ensures sensitive customer information isn't lost. Though the software is shared among more customers, Database would be based separately per customer wise and it is fully encrypted. What are standard support hours? Standard support hours are Monday through Friday 7:30a.m. - 6:30p.m. IST. Extended hours are available by agreement. System monitoring is performed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, weekends and holidays included. How applications are typically priced? Pricing is generally based on subscription fees. Fees are typically based on active users within the system for a given period and include ongoing support and regularly scheduled software updates.
